Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation Procedure
At Fenstanton Dental, we aim to provide high-quality treatment in a timely fashion.
However, we are unable to provide this if patients miss or cancel appointments without giving sufficient notice. To help us ensure that we are providing you with the best service possible, we require that you call or email at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or amend an appointment.
When you book an appointment, you are holding a space in our diary that is no longer available to any other patient. Our appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow other patients to access that appointment time.
Failure to give 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being charged as a cancellation fee. We understand that exceptional circumstances can happen; however, it is up to the discretion of the management team whether the cancellation fee will be waived.
Covid-19 Cancellation
We understand that patients suffering from Covid-19 cannot attend dental appointments. If a patient requires flexibility on their deposit due to Covid-19, they are required to present a valid positive PCR test certificate (correct name and date).
